What time should I arrived to the parking lot?
Please arrive at Corporate Airport Parking 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal. Please show your reservation to the lot attendant.
How often does the shuttles run to the airport?
Shuttles are on demand and runs 24 hrs.
What kind of payments does Corporate Parking accepts?
American Express Visa Mastercard or Cash (5% discount for cash paying customers)
When should I call for pick up at the airport?
Once you retrieve your last piece of luggage. Make sure you have your parking ticket number ready and what terminal you have arrived. Then proceed to call us.
You may cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 24 hours before the check in time. No refunds will be issued for reservations 24 hours prior or after the check in time.
No refunds due to weather or cancelled flights. Parking lot fees will apply upon return from the airport if your vehicle is parked and flight is cancelled.
How Changes Affect Total
**The current promotional rate is only valid after booking a spot online prior check in. **Prices are based on a 24hr length of stay. (For example, if you check-in on Monday at 11:00am and check-out on Tuesday at 11:00am, you will be charged for one day) There is an extra charge for the first 2 hours passed your check-out time and a full day-charge for check-out after 2 hours late. **These are estimated charges based on the information, dates and times provided. If any information about your stay differs from what you provided, your actual charges may vary upon exit. Any discount quoted in your reservation is not valid for any parking type other than the one noted above and may not be combined with any other offer. Additional charges may be incurred at the rates applicable at the facility. **Oversize vehicles will incur a surcharge if purchasing car care services.
Corporate Airport Parking will not honor any reservation nor accept any vehicle being dropped-off for someone else to pick it up.
No rear bike rack or luggage rack are allowed. Attendant will ask to remove it in order to proceed with check in. If you cannot remove it an extra charge of $3.00 per day will be added to the total.
Should I leave my keys?
Yes. We encourage the customers to leave just the car key, not any other keys.
Where the pick up location is?
Terminal A Pickup
Proceed to go across the street from baggage claim level to the center median, then to your right-hand side Station #18.
Terminal B Pickup
Proceed to go down to the parking level. Go across the street to the second median, then to your left-hand side to Station #1.
Terminal C Pickup
Proceed to go across the street from baggage claim level to the center median, then to your left-hand side to Station #1 (next to the stainless steel police booth).
